Sweet Crush: A Multimedia Virtual Heritage Portrait of the North Queensland Sugar Industry

The sugar industry underpins the economic and social fabric of a cross section of North Queensland. The aim of this paper is to recontextualize the ambient sounds and visual narratives embedded within the crushing process.
