Author Biography

Vaughan Rapatahana

VAUGHAN RAPATAHANA has a PhD in Existential Literary Criticism from the University of Auckland and has been published in a variety of genres worldwide. He was poetry editor for the Moon and Indigenous Review Journal until the end of 2011, and a semi-finalist for the inaugural Proverse Prize in Literature 2009. He has edited, with Pauline Bunce, The English Language as Hydra: Its Impacts on Nan-English Cultures (Bristol: Multilingual Matters, 2012). His collections of poetry, Home Away Elsewhere ( Proverse Hong Kong) and China as Kafka (Kilmog Press, Dunedin, Aotearoa), were published in 2011.
