Water, Water Everywhere and not a Drop to Drink

Abstract

The Water Dreamers was this year's winner of the $10,000 Cohn Roderick literary prize, administered by the Foundation for Australian Literary Studies in memory of Professor Colin Roderick. This will be the second time in two years that the prize has gone to a nonfiction book. The book was also short-listed for the 2010 Prime Minister's Prize.
