JILLIAN ScHEDNECK is the author of the travel memoir Abu Dhabi Days, Dubai Nights, which was published by Pan Macmillan in March 2012. Her work has been published in literary journals in the United States and Australia, and she is currently completing her PhD at the University of Adelaide.
